At 190 kmph it still uses 6th gear? Wow!

 

Is it just me or is the A-pillar fairly chunky? Combined with the side mirrors being a bit thin it might be a small annoyance

It shows 6th gear because it is in 'S'.

If a 2.0TDI with 7 speed DSG or even 7 Speed when in D7 or D6 and off the throttle it will have 'Coasting function' and show 'D'.

Ok, I understand now. In normal case it would show D1-7.
