A leaking water pump seal is the usual reason for coolant loss. It certainly was on my car - the car was still on warranty, so I got the timing belt replaced as well as the water pump for free. If the coolant has leaked somewhere unusual it might have landed on some of the electrics, but this fault may have nothing to do with the leak. Check the rear washer works as a leaking rear washer can cause all sorts of weird electrical problems. Also try removing and replacing each bulb showing a fault. The bulb fault is shown when there is a change in electrical resistance on the bulb circuit, so over time a bit of oxide can cause the fault while everything looks to be working. Tapping the light cluster while testing it can show up loose connections/loose bulb filaments too.

I had the water pump go on mine. Quickly fixed by my dealer plus a new cambelt and tensioners at the same time. Hasn't used a drop since.

Are the bulbs the correct ones?. I believe it works by measuring the circuit resistance or something like that, might be worth trying a new bulb on one side to see if the warning goes away on that same side. Or if it's the same bulbs that were ok before but not now maybe some connector has just come loose, so the bulbs do work but the system doesn't see them.
