Flexible uses for your Yeti

Featured Replies

As I have previously posted, I bought my Yeti as I needed a flexible car now we're down to only one car.

Yesterday a friend needed his brother picking up from hospital after a quadruple heart by-pass and asked me because of the more upright seating than a saloon/hatchback as well as the comfortable seating as he was very fragile.

It all went well and it made me wonder what you use yours for?

I got five pallets in mine, once.Photo attached.

I still think you might well be able to add a sixth - inserted between 4 and 5, it would lift 5 up into the roofspace :nerd:

Remove the spare wheel and 7 may be possible  :sun:

Remember when the classic Yeti was first launched, there were a few tongue in cheek juro films putting the Yeti to uses such as an army fighting vehicle and a farm tractor.

TP

Caravan tug.

Rally safety vehicle.

Wife's shopping trolley.

Wedding transport.

Rubbish tip taxi.

Fun journey maker.

Airport taxi.

Hospital taxi for friend following a knee operation.

That's always worth another watch gumdrop

I thought there was one where a fire crew and hoses climb through a Yeti

but I did not find it.

It's the same episode of Top Gear (6 mins in) .

That's it! thanks the Yeti can do it and make you smile.

Sadly, not.  The roof housing for the centre seat belt is, essentially, at the same height as the door head .  Hey ho ...

And, in passing, three hundredweight of eco-logs in the boot didn't reduce the wheel arch clearances.

Just used ours to transport 8 60 cm X 60 cm patio slabs ( in one go). Rear end sagged a little but went and handled as normal i.e. brilliantly.
