Just a quick hi to everyone just signed up today.

 

I purchased an Octavia VRS special edition 2 weeks back loving the car

need to make a few changes.

1. stereo must go

2. after replacing the silver on dash and door cards with black carbon ones from a black line.

 if anyone knows where i can buy some . I'm in north east UK.

3. Considering having the DPF removed and re-mapped ( if it ever starts giving me grief )

 

 

Mods I've already done are front grill chrome has been colour coded to the car.

I've updated the badges to the new black silver ones

and I've put 2014 VRs alloys in place of the Monza alloys as the new ones are a great colour match for a grey car.

 

Ill post up some photos if there is a members car section.

 

are there ever and club meets  north east ?

always good to chat and see other peeps cars get fresh ideas of upgrades

What are you going to replace the stereo with?

I'm not sure you're going to have any issues with the DPF, at least I haven't and I'm up to 112k miles now.

Stereo upgrade will be Amundsen or Columbus.

I have a couple of Columbus units here. Check the link in my sig. Not too far from you either.
