Playlist files not found show inconsistently

Featured Replies

I recently purchased an Octavia RS and I've found that sometimes when playing a playlist via the hard drive or sd card I get an error.

It stops playing the track and says playlist files cannot be found. It then plays the first audio file it can find (so it's always the same song, very annoying).

The thing is, this happens seemly randomly. Sometimes, the playlist gets to track1.mp3 and gives this error but other times the same track plays fine. The other thing is, the error comes up a few seconds into the song, indicating that the song directory must be correct..

Does anyone know anything about this?

I'm having problems too. (see my post)

I have imported loads of MP3s to the hard drive and they play just fine, but I can't get playlists to work at all on the hard drive.

Have you managed to import a playlist and it works? If so I would love to see a copy of the playlist file you imported.
