A4 Seats

Featured Replies

I've had a quick flick through the threads but cant see anything about the possibility of fitting seats from an A4 estate (B6 Type) into my 55 plate mkII.

The front seats look like they will go but the rear seat is more uncertain. I have a full set of leather seats along with door cards and a cargo cover, so it may be better to eBay them and try to find the "correct" black leather interior for my car.

I know the base of the rear is a little different, The Audi one being one piece and located by slots in the floorpan where the Octy is a 2 piece hinged item. Then there is the question of the backrest attachment and locks.

Does anyone have any input on this?

I think you'd be best off just having a go if you already have the bits as it's not much effort to remove the existing kit.

May be wrong, but thought the A6 seats were the ones that were a direct fit? Asked this years ago after sitting in some, but might be wrong.

The equivalent Audi to an Octy is an A3, btw.

PQ35 platform. So mk5 Golf, Seat Leon mk2, Audi A3 mk2, and VW Jetta mk5. Seats out of those should fit.

Audi A6 4F is on mechanical side in front without problem too :) Rear are not possible to fit at all...
