Amundsen plus software upgrade

I have just imported my Roomster Greenline 1.2 tdi from UK to Australia, I took it to a Skoda dealer in Sydney and requested Amundsen+ software to be adapted to Australia and their answered that it is not possible. The funny thing is that we arrived first in WA, and Skoda dealer in Osborne Park were willing to do it without any complaints, unfortunately we had to move to Sydney before we could arrange a date with them.

So I guess my question would be if the conversion is possible, if is just NSW the problem, if there is anyone who has already done something similar in Australia.
