Some feedback/ a review:

I have this turbo fitted to my mk1 Fabia, bought from Xman. His service was spot on, the turbo, down pipe, gaskets, etc were all spotless and plumbed up perfectly. The turbo has been mapped at 2.0bar and performs brilliantly.

Is this basically a 1749va hybrid, is it stamped 1756 as I was told I had a man turbo but it's stamped 1749va

this is GTB1756vk 2.7TDI turbo the ones stamped with GT1749VA so based on stock PD130 units are GT1756 not GTB and are direct bolt on hybrids unlike the GTBs
