hi

im want to put the cupra intake but i have a few questions.

also im gona remap it for sure on this wednesday.

is it better with the intake when remapped or i wont feel anything if i leave the old one there?what about the fuel?,is it gonna go higher?if i put the pipe bigger and the trumpet too,dont i need to put the pipe from the air box to the engine?

i just wanna make sure i wont do anything stupid,i know almost all of you have the pd160 intake from cupra,so please tell me something about it?please give me all what you know about this

If it's a generic map then it will make little differance at the time of mapping, if it's custom then put it on first.

There is plenty of debate about whether it works or not and it's been heavily covered before, personnally I think it does and I know some tuners now stock them and fit them before remapping.

What kind of remap are you having?

cut out the little flap in the trumpet bit as well, with this in place the air flow will be greatly restricted.
