I haven't got access to my car to check and I need to order some timber today, so I'm hoping someone could tell me from experience if this would fit in my car? I'm getting a large sheet of timber cut into four pieces:

500x1440mm (0.5x1.44m)
310x1440mm
1004x1440mm
540x1440mm

 

The part in the bold is the one I'm concerned about the most - it's almost 1.5m^2. I'm having to drive to Middlesbrough from Newcastle so I don't want to find out that it won't fit when I get there.

From memory the width between the wheelarches is just over 1m so should 'just' fit...

On the Octavia estate, the length when the rear sits are folded 1.6metres, width between the wheel housing arch about 1 metre.

I can get the largest part down to 1004x902 if I get them to cut it to the actual size of the part.  Should fit...
