It's coming

Oh, I don't know, Prestwick was (probably still is) a popular airport for USAF C5's to divert to when they 'developed faults' enroute from Germany to the States.

Not sure what the 'faults' were but they couldn't have been anything serious as they were normally repaired by the time the flight crew had got in a round of golf or two.

Quite an impressive sight seeing two or three of them parked up next to the SAR Sea King.

Still handy for the USA Military to refuel some flights that other NATO countries will not allow the planes to do so in their airspace or on the ground.

Also for Transport Planes transporting Fracking Machinery or other equipment to the Countries Bordering Russia that NATO are protecting.

Quite good for Russians and others flying in the cars and other vehicles for whatever reason including the likes of those that did for the last Gumball 3000 Rally.

A bit snowy this morning around the Trossachs & Highland Perthshire.

.................

Just business as usual at Prestwick, been going on for ever, just move along nothing to see, anything happening there or landing is totally deniable or the UK Government knew nothing. Roll out Keith Brown MSP, he can keep a straight face and not blink.

Obviously a Public / Commercial Airport has better security and protection for Military Aircraft and personnel than some of the many

Military Airfields around the UK... Or is it less questions asked.

Being serious, Prestwick is only about 40 minutes from central Glasgow by road or rail these days. That's faster than you'll get from O'Hare to downtown Chicago, Boston Logan to downtown, Thiefrow to Trafalgar Square...

The chance of Thundersnow in parts of Scotland.

So that will mean if there is Presenters and Weather forecasters explaining to those that need a guide dog for the stupid what 'thundersnow' is.

See Page 3 !
