I do think the numbers are courtesy of how many vrseses are now on the road here. I used to be lucky to see one a per fortnight... across munster. Now its pretty much daily! And lot are mkiii's...

Yeah, the number of RS models has shot up recently especially from 161 on.  Sport packs etc have also added to the attraction of the Octavias.  Every Skoda showroom now seems to have at least one RS on display.

I'm from the south of Ireland lads! Kildare just outside of Dublin. Liking the site so far had plans on changing car until I seen the standard of mk2s on here makes me want to keep mine! :)

Welcome aboard, keep an eye on the meets section, we do seem to manage the odd meet now and with so many new faces now long may it continue. Great choice to keep the car, any pics?

Same here, for many years I had the only vRS in the county and NEVER EVER saw a single one, now they are everywhere. I am claiming responsibility for their introduction as such :D

Mad isnt it... people are pucking up on just how good an allrounder they are. Which shows by how theyre holding value as second handers too.
