Hi all, a quick intro from me.

I'm a first-time Skoda owner, having purchased my '16 plate Octavia VRS 230 (manual) a few weeks ago (what a car!), upgrading from an '07 Ford Fiesta Zetec S - so just a wee bit more power...! Loving everything about it so far, and the MQB platform base is an exciting foundation for the additions I hope to add over the next few years.

Was following news and forum posts about the 230 since it was announced, so this spec was always the one to get for me. Additions I hope to make in next few months / years are APR carbon fibre intake, Reiger rear skirt, VWR sport springs (drop ~35mm), and Miltek Sport full exhaust system - the latter at a much later date. Stage 1 remap is on the cards, but once it's been a few years yet.

Anyway, hope to be as active a user as I can, not hugely technical but happy to answer any general Q's if I can help.
