Hi folks,

 

had the car nearly 2 weeks and came back to a carpark yesterday to fnd that some **** has driven into the bumper & cracked it (and the spacing tab inside) and b*ggered off.

After cursing their damned souls & all fruits of their loins for all eternity I had a look & it's not too bad, its just the visible on the silver U-shaped bit on hte lower bumper (my Yeti is the 2010 'old' shape).

 

Anyone know if these can be changed?

Are there nice chrome versions that can be substituted?

anyone know what the colour number is for that bit?

 

Apologies if these questions have been answered before - I searched the forums but didnt find anything for bumpers on YETI.

 

(at the same time the front cap on the roof rails is missing so I've glued the rest of the b*stards on & ordered a new one!).

thanks Clive that's the bit indeed! £87 is a bit steep though, I think I'll put up with mine for the time being and get one of these if it gets worse. Thanks for letting me know what it's called etc. I saw a few complete bumpers on ebay for only a little more so I'll hang back for now.
