I think you might be a decade or two behind the times as Direct injection and stratified air/fuel layering, along with turbo-charging has brought the ability to run petrols on the stoichiometric ratio, running much beyond ideal is really bad news these day and a waste of energy during the compression cycle.

 

Current thinking, which like think diesel cars were OK, pay change again in another decade but the current scientific and social implementation is to restrict diesels, without SCR, access to urban areas whilst the meteorological conditions allow the build up of NOX and PMs.   Fortunately you do not have to worry about that in Limerick although Dublin can get a bit poor but hopefully it will be for the Rugby this afternoon.  http://aqicn.org/map/dublin/#@g/53.3024/-6.1997/11z

I wonder how they will class a SUV if buy Size, length, weight, being AWD etc.  Or is there some vehicle classes in France that shows a difference from a MPV or a Crossover, 4x4 etc?

Excellent. Doubt it will get voted in though, everyone seems to want excessively large vehicles lately. 

She got the ban on e-scooters and thinks she is on a roll making her place in history as having Paris Green as i read it.  Not sure on how that works just charging people more to park as those that can afford just keep doing as they like.
