Hi all, Just a quick post to introduce myself.

 

The names Lee and I'm the proud 2nd owner of my 58 plate Skoda Octavia 1.9 TDi Estate in Silver.

 

I bought the car as many people had recommended them to me for their excellent record of both performance and reliability. I found out straight away that the MPG wasn't an exaggeration.  I traveled around 130 miles from Canterbury in Kent, where I am located, to Bedford to pick her up and on the return journey I managed to clock up an amazing 63.5 MPG. I admit I was driving it at the most economical pace I could and only averaged around 55 - 60 mph but I was very impressed all the same.

 

In the few days that I've owned it I've become sure I have bought the right car for my families needs and look forward to many happy journeys in her.

 

I look forward to the advice and help that I'm sure you other more experienced owners can offer to help me keep her in the fantastic condition she is now.
