Fabia 1.4 16v 2005 Electrical issues.

Hi. I have looked through forum at the many posts on electrical problems.   I have been having trouble with front wipers and speedo not working, central locking playing up and dash lights not working.     This does not happen all the time sometimes it is perfect.   In desperation I sent it into Skoda as had checked most things mentioned in forum they had it 4 days it never played up went to collect it wipers and speedo wouldn't work so they had another look.    Verdict it might be the BCM they are not sure they will change it but if it does not solve it I still have to pay them. It is now home has anyone had issues with BCM.   Thanks for your time.
