Hi

Any idea why my Bluetooth drops incoming calls and kicks the phone off?  Samsung j3. Works fine until I receive a call then disconnects from the system

Having exactly the same happen with my wife's Samsung J3 but never had it with my old Samsung S3 - beginning to think its a software compatibility issue, but no idea how to resolve it.

Definitely a Samsung J3 issue.  See my other thread on this.  

 

Same as you, kept dropping off when dialling in and out then "trying to reconnect" message appears.

 

Linked up an older Samsung GT phone today.  Used it all day on a long trip, calls in and out, operated from steering wheel and screen.  Never missed a beat, worked perfectly. 

 

Seems the J3 is the issue!   Had some dialling out issues with it on an Audi but not as bad as this.
