Hello

Featured Replies

I'm a motorist with over 42 years under the bonnet in cars and on motorcycles. Down sizing now from 4 wheel drives to more modest sized transport I am the proud owner of a Fabia Nj5 1.2 Tsi 108 Bhp Monte Carlo Estate with the panoramic sun roof which is great. I was impressed with the way the car drives for what is a super mini and the size of the boot is impressive for a car of it's class. I'm a hands on owner who likes to service and maintain and carryout sensible mods that can improve comfort and performanc/economy. I'll be interested to hear of any 'features' of to model and better aftermarket products. I'll also be glad to give advice where ever I can add value to the conversation.

Hi @Yogi557and welcome to skoda and the community.

In all the years, the fabia is the one car I've never driven, that and the yeti. Must fix that.

I tended to alternate between 4wd and 2wd, definitely a change in thinking, mostly at roundabouts in the wet.

The whole skoda range tends to have a bigger boot for the class, fabia, octavia, superb are the key examples.

The Fabia owners area is here: https://www.briskoda.net/forums/forum/166-skoda-fabia-owners/ enjoy.

We also have a general car chat area covering motorsport, driving techniques and much more : https://www.briskoda.net/forums/forum/3-general-car-chat/
