Just fitted a new engine cover,looks so much better was quite surprised to find the new cars do not come with them anymore.

Agree, the 1.6 Diesel engine bay looks so much better with the big engine cover in place.

 

Wish the 1.2 Tsi could be covered like that.

It already comes as standard with an engine cover... it's called the bonnet :tongueout:

I think you will find a bonnet is an engine compartment cover,sorry for being picky 

Question to the OP: Does the cover help the engine warm-up faster? Have you noticed any difference?

It does by about five min from cold
