Heater Controla

Featured Replies

I have a 2005 1.4 fabia dohc and I am having a problem with the heater

The problem is the heater control will not switch off the hot water completely and is blowing warm air in the car even though the control is in the fully closed (cold) position can anyone advise on a solution please

Thank you

Alan ty

It doesn't switch the water, it moves a flap in the airbox and these can get stuck if the servo motor fails.

How do you get to the air box

Do a search for 'heater flap', there's step-by-step on here somewhere.
