Well, lets see if I can can get this in the right section...

 

First ever contribution to a forum, but I'm sure I'll get the hang of it!

 

New to Skoda ownership, having acquired a 2011 Scout a fortnight ago; needed an estate with 4x4 and ground clearance...(I'm half a mile up a farm track in the North East of Scotland!) and behold, one appeared in Aberdeen! A quick test drive and the decision was made, it almost seemed too easy... so far, so good. 

 

I found the Briskoda site through good old Google, whilst trying to research the car before viewing - I've always been a reader of various sites when things went wrong with the Volvos, Discovery, etc, so felt it was time to contribute (where necessary or helpful...) or at least sign up and be counted.

 

So, hopefully the first of many posts. I have no doubt that in the days to come I'll be scouring the site for advice & guidance as the majority of queries have been asked before - best winter tyres, injector cleaners, seat covers, roof bars etc; If that fails I'll give up and ask!
