Took the Octy back to Star Performance today

Had fitted a Milltek hi-flow downpipe and cat and a full Supersprint exhaust.

Jim then tweaked the mapping

The results?

231 bhp @ 5430 rpm :thumbup:

and.......................

251 lbf-ft @ 3400 rpm :eek: :eek: :eek:

It goes like a feckin rocket :D That's an increase of 15 bhp and 27 lbf-ft on what it was before. It feels a lot faster than before, with enormous mid-range grunt. Boot it in 5th at 75 mph and you can feel the nose lift. The traction control will be working overtime!

What is limiting the power now is the intercooler - at the end of the dyno run the intake temperatures were up at 61 C

Nice figures now. I'm hoping to be up above 230hp pretty soon, but not until late Spring(ish)

Good results from a tweek. Mine goes in a week on Monday for a tweek. Hopefully no peskey starlets buzzing around.
