It looks like we might be in a position to sell SWMBO's car soon.

I was wondering what people think it's worth, I am aware it is easy to think/wish your car is worth more than it is.

Spec is as follows -

Jan 2005 Fabia vRS. Black Magic, CD Changer, Cruise Control. MOMO Strut Brace, Park Distance Control, PD160 Intake, Green Cotton Filter. 25k miles. FSSH.

No dents marks or scrapes, always waxed and has never been near a car wash, only ever run on Shell diesel.

Stuff like that you will not get your money back. Plus it says to the prospective buyer, boy racer. That's my 2p worth (unless you are selling to someone who is after something with that on). I'd remove the strut brace and flog it on here if I was in your shoes.

Almost certainly. Unless someone specifically wanted it, it would come off. The filter would be a handy clean spare for mine.

would imagine 11k on a forecourt so 10.5k private take 10,250, 9k-9.5k trade in, blo65 depreciation!
