Trouble is it's only worth what people are prepared to pay for it, so even though dealers are advertising them for silly high prices, unless they're shifting them at these prices, it's meaningless

Another thing you have to think of is, how bably do you need to get rid....Drop it some more it will sell......Ask dealer prices and hang on long enough It will also sell.....Good look with the sale......it IS a good price

At the end of the day, an item is only worth what people will pay for it!

Like the above have said if your in a rush then you will probably get less than what you will if you can wait, also the time of year effects how well a car sells.

I have been doing some seraching around to gauge pricing myself as we will be selling SWMBO's car soon.

I have searched Auto Trader nationally and there are currently 106 Fabia vRS for sale. Lowest is a Black 2003/53 with 67k miles for £7990. Next is yours at £8500.

There is a main dealer selling a 2004/54 with 27k miles for £8995 which is a little bit cheap.

Looking at the other cars on there it seems to be priced fairly however your closing line is 'OFFERS OVER £8500!!!!! ' which might be putting them off a little.

well if i had my money saved up already i would be buying it off you, but i need a couple more months before i can afford looked at one today which had only done 6000 miles but it was up at £12k bit pricey

Dude sold my 04 plate one tonight with 33K on the clock for 9K.

Mine does have RS6 wheels and alpine audio though.

Really sad to see it go. Think mine is worth a little more but happy to see its gone to a good owner!
