Should be on the sticker in the Spare wheel well.

Thread resurrection: I cannot find the paint code sticker on my brown 18 reg Octavia SE L.  I have had the boot floor out, and the spare wheel (80kph Max, but full size tyre, not seen that before), but no sticker.  Surely I don’t have to start taking all the boot linings out?  Where else can it be - not in recognisable form on the door pillars?

 

Alternatively, any one know the code for this colour?  Thanks in advance.

If the spare wheel/tyre combination is a different size to the other 4 wheels/tyres on your car then the 50mph/80kph limit applies, no matter whether the spare is a space saver or a 'normal' wheel/tyre.

I've been searching for the elusive sticker too. Had everything out of the base of the boot but no sign of it. For years in VAG cars it's been there & in the service book.

Now no book or sticker. My paint is petrol blue.

Used to be a way to spend a wet Sunday trying to decipher all the three character feature codes. Probably best to ask a dealer service dept. when it's safe to visit one.

Does your owners manual not have a sticker on the inside of the front cover?

No, nothing in the handbook, either handwritten or sticker.

Stickers were discontinued in late 2017 - most cars had more option codes than would fit anyway.  Mine is a standard SEL but has 197 of them!  Everything is now online.  Equivalent "Vehicle Data" can be downloaded from Skoda Erwin (for a fee).  Any Skoda dealer should be able to look things up for you given the Reg No or VIN.

 

Thanks GaryL. I won't waste any more time looking. It's been 9 years since I changed cars so I'm having to learn the modern ways of doing things.
