Dont think it does have RCAs. Unclip the glovebox unit and have a look on the back at the connectors.

 

Have you considered getting Smartlink enabled for Apple car play/ Android auto? Dealers here do it for about £150.

For MIB2, it does and that is the best bet - was about to ask the same question that was asked above, why not just enable the feature.

 

I guess the OP literally wants to mirror the device screen on the ICE? Each to their own, I guess... Smartlink works just fine on the Bolero - my friend has a MIB2 Bolero with it working and no issues.

Yes, I think about Smartlink... Smartlink only work with cable connected, Mirabox without which is best sollution for me. Also Smartlink costs arroud 200 € with dealer activated, Mirabox up to 100 €...
