Has anyone got / ordered a vrs with the new leather seats?

Featured Replies

If so, did you get them knocked down at all or is it the full

Go to Seat Surgeons instead. Threads are here. Do a search. The dealers are ripping us off. Heard this before ??!!

It costs so much as its a third party doing it for Skoda. They come out with a set of exchange seats and watch the technician swap them over. They inspect the job, sign it off and take the old seats away as far as I can gather. Our new fully stickered up demo car has them in.

What colour did that start life off? Black?

Needs white wheels I reckon.

Got to see a black vRS with black leather today at Sherlodge Garage and I must say it looked the nuts.

That demo started off black, however is now totally covered with the vinyl kit.

OOOOOOOOOOOO me want me want!!!

stickered up furby looks really nice.

So presumably they can do something nice involving some vrs logos?

Time to hunt some pics I think!

Considering leather as an expensive way of trying to avoid 'hairy' seats!

Who's idea were those godawful rear lights?

And is that grill chromed or is it just the sunlight.

Oh, and can we have a nice interior piccy please?!!!

It's a standard price for Briskoda members that I organised some time ago -

Here are some official seats from Skoda.

Many thanks to the guys at Sherlodge Garage for letting me take these pics.

.....and some more.

mines booked in at seat surgeons tomorrow but Paul has phoned to say that the seat backs have arrived without the VRS logos. not his fault as he has ordered them correctly and to be fair he is sorting out the problem for me.

I have gone for Black nappa leather with grey centre panels. Thought about contrasting stitching but have gone for all black as I want it to look as original as possible.

Looks to me from photos that the dealer option doesnt include changing the door cards to leather.

cheers for getting / posting those pics.

I'm not too impressed by the look of those though! They look a bit tacky to me, not a fan of the red and green stitching. I would even say that stu's seats look classier!!!

Could I get the centre of my Octy vRS seats done in black?

Is there any movement on price getting it done at a dealer?

cheers for getting / posting those pics.

No, sorry mate I have asked this before. The covers are made abroad and come into the trim shop ready to fit.

No problem at all. You can heve pretty much any colour combination you require - Speak to Paul and he'll sort you out.

What about the early models that don't have a 3 point middle seat belt? Do they do a rear seat for them?
