I'd be very interested to know who makes the covers. Sat in Pilling's demo which has them, and they are lovely. The leather feels different to Shifty's (not quite as rippled), and there are some nice touches. The badges are in the OEM location, no side pockets, and the double green stitching with the red piping up each side and across the back, really very nice indeed.

Its such as shame the door cards don't match - and too expensive too.

Well, as I say, saw one in the flesh today, and it is really very nice indeed. I want this exact set, I wonder if seat surgeons would copy it?

As seat surgeons dont make the covers themselves how they gonna copy it?

I know who fits the dealer leather, not sure if they make the covers though.

The seat surgeons get covers made up to customer specification, I'm sure there wouldn't be a problem.

I'll give them a call tomorrow, see what the score is.

On the dealer info sheet I saw it said 'Autokit 0800 2985515' were the people supplying the service. Whether they also do the material or just fit the seats I couldn't see. Quite hard trying to read upside down, make a note and pretend you're listening to the salesman all at once!

It looked like about 225 quid difference between the price to the dealer and the RRP of

heh, I'm having enough problems trying to work out how to best scrape the money together for the car itself at the moment,yet alone finding another grand for leather seats!
