Possible fault has anyone had this ?

So over the last few days I have had messages popping up on the maxi dot saying reset service oil,  reset inspection.

Also when driving the maxi dot intermittently says service time reset.  And then the time clock starts changing the clock it's self ramdomly.

Has as anyone seems this or had this problem.

car is not due for service if you look at the Columbus.
