Hi Gents, 

 

what size are are my Brakes? 

Im in need of front and rears Discs and Pads. 

 

Ive got a Mk2 Superb Estate CR170 Elegance 

 

loki g on GSF Car Parts they seem to do different sizes 

 

Any help would be great thanks

Fronts are 312mm, rears either 256mm (1KF), 272mm (1KS) or 282mm (1KJ).

 

If you don't feel like whipping out a ruler for the rear disc, check the chassis options sticker in the boot. It's located on bare metal under the boot cover and has one of the codes previously mentioned on it.

 

Looks something like this:

Most likely 282mm, but you should still check. Never know what they happened to have at the parts bin when assembling.

My fronts seem to be 288 disks rough measurement. 

Only the 1.4 petrol should have 288mm front discs, the 3.6 petrol 345mm front and 310mm rear. All the other models should have 312mm front discs. Might I suggest a better measurement for the sake of clarification?

My car been in the shop since Monday, hope some other Briskodians can help with this. May not get mine back until tomorrow or later.
