Suspension Woes & Creaking - VRS MK2

Hello all need some advice on suspension. Im on original 2010 Skoda Factory suspension. Its had tough life in the last 5 years. Speed bumps, drops from Kerb at home / unexpected potholes etc..

The front driver side creaks like mad (when drop from kerb) i have to park like this as not wide street. Lots of speed bumps on way to work.

Saturday went down a Road grate not secured & nearly went through it on driver RHS, Luckily no obvious damage. Tyre OK Alloy OK. But noise lot worse.

Im planning uprating the suspension with Coilovers & Polybush at next service August, but what else do I need to do - as this may not cure it....?

I want to fit my new wheels soon so whilst the 'wheels are off' is it case of check the 'springs' and 'shocks' and lube things up?

What other uprated bits & pieces worth putting on?

Im clueless to suspension mods but have noticed how bad it really is compared to wifes monte mk3.
