Roof bars and bike carrier

Featured Replies

To be honest I would not leave my bikes unattended on the roof anyway.  Only for transporting around / using and then they back in the garage.

Yeah, I have a steel cable and reasonable padlock that I can thread through the frames if I needed to leave them out of sight for more than 5 minutes, but as it's usually bikes on, transport, then off I've never actually used it on the car.

Thanks for the info ..... always good to know the potential shortfalls of things before you buy.!
