Has anyone fitted the superskoda honeycomb grill ??

 

After doing the black/red frame im now thinking of sending the car to the body shop to replace the grill to match the bumper but would like to know if anyone has did this change?

It's a ****** as you've got to cut off the tags to get the old grill off and then bond the new one on. I've had to do mine twice now the first time I plastic welded it back on but it made it brittle and came apart

Hmmm. not yet available for the FL O3

Thanks for the info. I was thinking there could be issues with the plastic welding. It a 3 month old car so im thinking it could be more trouble than it worth.

Yes, I fitted the honeycomb one because I couldn't find an original one separately, didn't want to pay Skoda ~£1000 to replace the entire bumper.

 

It's fiddly but doable. Search under my username and you'll find a post about pheasants, with pics.
