Anyone,  are we all a sleep?

There should be a sticker on the inside of the fuel flap.

205/55/16 for 16" wheels  seems the norm, as @jafo said the fuel flap shows all sizes

Due to not actually having the car yet I don't have a fuel flap at the moment

 

I assume 225/45/17 should also fit

I just jumped on to the Autotrader App and the 17" wheels do take that size. 

Plus you have the 18" wheels too on an Elegance. I have not collected my car back so cannot take a picture of the fuel filler flap in case you needed it.

NB  Ride quality is very good with the 16" wheels - tyres last a long time as well

 

Only about 50 quid for tyres and the mpg is better
