Anyone fitted chrome strips to top of windows? 

 

Looking at this kit.

Obviously don't need the lower part as already fitted.

Hey Mick,

 

There must be different specs with the UK vs Irish models.  I live on the border and notice loads of Octavias with the chrome with Irish plates but very very few N.I. models with chrome.

 

I have a SE Technology Greenline Estate that has the full chrome top and bottom but I have never seen a saloon with chrome on the top of the windows.

 

Goodluck with fitting the chrome, steady hands needed - stay off the Guinness

i wasnt able to opt for the lower chrome trim and now too late to add it, so looking at other options. 

 

How do these fix? Is it a replacement or cover?

Try zooming in on the picture it's pretty high resolution. They have 3m sticky back tape. So far so good. Looks like the original factory chrome fitted

Hi, I am in the process of buying an Octavia L&K estate 2016. It is missing the chrome trim on the nearside back window. The garage is searching for a replacement, but they can't find it yet. Any ideas where I could get that?
