hi all, quick question can you get mud flaps for the front on octy vRS? any idea of the part numbers or the cost? easy to fit? diy fit?

Quite a few people have fitted them to their RSs - they are the same standard Octavia mud flaps that you can buy at your dealer. Trythis link which has some discussion of them and some piccies.

Got them fitted on my L&K and they seem to do a good job of keeping the front doors clean(ish).

Make sure you have a allen key type screw driver for the screws and it probably easier to remove the wheel (I did anyway).

There's no need to remove the wheels, just put the steering on full lock in the appropriate direction and there's more than enough space

Geoff,

may be my drills too big as I couldn't do it.......so off came the wheels. Had to refit the arch properly after fitting the induction kit so at least it serves a dual purpose.
