Anyone know where to buy good springs from 30-40mm? called a local modify place and for just 20mm all round and fitting would be £343.00 I was like errr no.

I went with H&R mate. Lovely drop and price and rides nice

Are you getting new dampers.  If they are the originals on the car they might not last long when you fit the lowering springs.

You are as well to do them at the same time before then getting the alignment checked, and adjusting tracking / camber if they need doing which they almost certainly do need.

cool will perhaps get them fitted at same time as springs from a garage I know. any links or suggestions are useful! just glad I got springs at a nice price.

May have a rethink it the lowering side overall. always something! weather is dampers or something else. appreciate all people knowledge though.

Cant do a vRS but can do my Monte, fitted on saturday
