Audi 2012 S3 - single press unlock all doors

Today I tried coding a 2012 Audi S3 to unlock all the doors with a single press of the button, it's worked on everycar I've tried but although the coding was accepted it didn't work.

I went into 09 central electrics and did the usual single door locking options on coding, then checked on adaption.

I got no response from 46 central convenience controller so take it it isn't edited in that.

what am I doing wrong?

thanks

I'm surprised that you need to code this operation.

My 2012 Superb gives me 3 options re. locking / unlocking in the Maxidot, under Settings / Convenience / Central Locking.

Since it 'tis but an 'umble Skoda I'm surprised that said options  aren't available in an Audi S3..............

If its any use, my fabia had a problem with the module 46 and it said there was no response from controller, couldn't code anything for the central locking as a result. I had to disconnect the battery for 10 mins then reconnect so the module could reset itself and be read again.

I don't know whether that might be the case or whether it just doesn't have the module fitted.

Didn't the Central Convenience module get merged into BCM at some point in history? Don't ask me when, but I'd be surprised if a 2012 car had a separate module 46, does an autoscan try to talk to it?
