could this repair by Shorade be described as fraudulent

Featured Replies

I have described this company as - 'in my experience' - fraudulent, but dont want to get sued for libel

they said they would replace a broken headlight washer valve but just glued it into position with resin. The damage was caused by them bumping tne car in their workshop

The MD later admited it was not up to their usual standard and paid for it to be repaired elsewhere

i don't think editing allows you to change the size of the text

Might have been an idea to link the other 3 previous threads on the damage, and the saga,

new bumper, bad paint job, you never ever finished off those threads, so is that it now, is the bad painting rectified to your satisfaction?

not really happy with it. took it to another ARC but wasnt happy with the finish around the washer apertures. Took it somewhere else to get the bumper resprayed for £360. There are still alignment issues. The gap between headlights and bonnent is unequal on driver side compared to passenger side

Shoddy but not fraudulent. Fraud needs a loss of money i.e. you paid for work that wasn't done.

I'd avoid using that term with regard to your situation especially since the interwebs = writing.
