  • What ? Some disparity between Skoda specs ? Never !   But seriously, I just pulled this from the latest spec list, it shows you as correct on the boot opening, but use the configurator and i

  • The camera is standard with the l&k, optional with the sportline and I'm not sure about the sel exec. The cheapest way for the camera is to spec the traffic sign recognition and then vcds the

  • As has been said, they are quite different, so down to preference. I like both but do think the SEL needs bigger wheels than the standard 18's and none of the 19" options really float my boat, whereas

HBA was fitted to mine, so I hope to enable TSR once my OBD11 arrives.

As for colours, if you like bold, dragon green looks good, I personally would have chosen business grey, but once I saw it in black I just loved it so much I decided it was worth the extra cleaning !

I like the dragon green, but its too loud for me, so in preference now I would go Black > Business Grey > Silver. I agree more colour choices would be good though.

Yes. Colours are disappointing. Petrol Blue looked promising on configuration, but seeing some actually photos looks a lot less blue.

White ten would be good or black as I’m a cleaning freak.

Petrol Blue looks lovely in the flesh with sun shining on it. I wanted a changed for my Mk3 and got red, which for some reason is no longer available. It looks great in red with silver Pegasus wheels

Petrol blue is a lovely colour, i would have chosen it if i had gone for a l&k. it's just a shame that the sportline palette is so bland (apart from dragon green). A nice red would have been good too.

I know the sensors aren't standard to my  cost. It's the one option I wish I had.

18s ride much better than 19s IMO.

For road noise they were even par but I expect they’ll be more ‘crashy’

Hi new to the forum, have just ordered a sportline, has any one got a MY18 sportline and does it have folding mirrors. I ordered mine through the old brochure which I am sure mentioned folding mirrors, just checked latest brochure on line and no mention in there, will Defo need them as I live in a very  narrow street

Hi - I collected my MY18 Sportline last week and can confirm that it does have folding mirrors. They fold automatically when you lock the car. Good choice - it's a great car. I love mine.

Hi I looked at the A6 as well and also an E class but didn't want another diesel. I've got the 220 petrol estate. It's a great car and it looks fantastic.

Ooh that’s good news. The demo today had folding mirrors but I thought it was because it was a Skoda Uk launch demo.

Only regret is although I like the Alcantara just wish you could order those lovely sport line seats in full leather

When did MY18 come out?

Sales guy mentioned that DSG is now 7 speed and the nav is redesigned screen. Is that MY18?

Yes it has the new screen - which is gorgeous. The number of gears depends on the engine. My 220 petrol has 6 I think the diesels have 7.
