It is failing at the first stage actually connecting to the WiFi.

There's another active thread (BT Mobile and Skoda Connect problems).  All the people with problems on there seem to be using the EE network.  Lots of providers use the EE network:  EE of course plus BT, Plusnet, Virgin, Asda and many others.  Is this just a Skoda Connect compatibility issue with the EE network?

I get a WLAN symbol when mine is connected, but haven't noticed a live traffic symbol anywhere, let alone a rain radar!
