New to this list and only had a Fabia for a week.

Wherever I set the heater to it is hot hot or hot with no difference to temperature.

Had a quick look this evening but not sure how to actucally get behind the controls, especially as it was dark and cold and dinner was ready.

Is the heater control cable or electronic and how do I get behind there?

Mine does this too, If i run it for any length of time the heater goes to hot, even with temp set to low, if i then turn the blower off for a few minutes with the temp at lowest then it sorts itself out for a bit.

Is this something a mate with VAG COM could sort or is it a job for the pro's??

my does it too,sometimes.they checked it and said there is no problem.just the heater goes hot till there is the temperature what you want.there is a sensor just little below the circle.and its because of that.try to put it on max hot for cuple min.that in the car is gonna be very hot and after try put it on 22 or colder.

see if any difference
