Hi there does anyone no if this is manufacturing fault.

If it is and it's what's up with my car Skoda said they would fix for free.

I would say so, seeing as Skoda are issuing a Technical Bulletin to its agents. (It was always the case when we received similiar instructions from Ford when i was in the trade). Indeed the article admits to "insufficiently sealed connection".

Thanks for the reply mate I received this link of Simion Levi. 

Skoda have said if it's a manufacturing fault they will pay for it.

Otherwise it will cost me 280 to diagnose the leak.

When I went into Skoda and told them about it they didn't want to know they just said it's out of warranty.

So then I spoke to Skoda UK and they said if it's a manufacturing fault they will fix it for free.

Just hoping it is.
