Drove from Balloch to Corby today ~380miles no problem what so ever. On summer tyres too! However main roads definitely aren’t the issue. My local street is good fun. 

 

 

 

We found ourselves in the middle of the Red Zone.

The winter tyres strolled some residential streets near me.  Ground clearance was a bigger issue in side roads. 

It’s really deep in places. Had to shovel 12 inches off my drive to get out after 2 days of idleness.

 

But we are surrounded by idiots who abandon their cars in all sorts of awkward places.

This blocks roads and brings everything to a crawl, or worse.

 

I was one of the only ones to make it up this road into the estate on Thursday.
