No ad blue filler inside fuel flap.

Featured Replies

When I looked at diesel superb in showroom there was an ad blue cap next to the fuel cap behind the fuel filler flap.

Now have received my 2017 registered 2lt diesel sel exec and there is only the diesel filler cap in there. Yes it is a diesel...

Looked in engine bay and can't see anything there regarding getting ad blue.

Any guidance please?

If I remember correctly the 150bhp wasn't / isn't equipped with AdBlue. I do believe that this was to change but I might be rembering incorrectly..

190bhp has the AdBlue system.

Typo

As above, only the 190 uses AdBlue at present unless it’s a 4x4 150.

Thanks all.

Had not realised that.

I have the 190PS TDI. AdBlue warning came on yesterday and by coincidence was about 500 yards from a Skoda dealer so called in to see how much it was as lots of places sell it and probably cheaper than dealership. Anyway got it at the dealer as the bottles it comes in (1.89litres??) are designed to screw over the AdBlue filler cap. Quite a clever design. No spills and no mess.

The chap who put it in for me said all new orders of 150PS diesels will now come with AdBlue.

Thanks to all who replied.

Mine is a 150 ps. pleased to know as was assuming that its now close time to  ad blue time. Shame the handbook isn't clear if mine has ad blue as I had the superb new in March 2017

I have a 67plate 150 Sportline and that has adblue

I think all 150 had add blue from week 25 and also 7 speed autos from the same time and I think the 190 are now 7 speed autos

FYI I just (yesterday) got a SE Tech 2.0 TDi 150, front drive with add blue in filler cap

Yep, my Sportline 150 has too and has the new DSG box.

Just reading up now now best way to refill when time comes.
