What are those rims? Did they come with the car??

Those are Mangels, size 7x15". I don't know the type, ´cause they're pretty old (5-6years).

They didn't come with the car, had them already for my previous car, Octavia. Naturally tyre size is different than in octy.

I bet Finland gets some very decent snow. Do you have much need for chains up there, or studded winter tyres?

Mine are studded. I think in northern Finland they use chains on really bad conditions, but normally studded tyres are all you need.

Btw. during last night it rained snow aprox 2-3cm. Nice winter sights allover. Maybe some extra pics wouldn't do harm?

OK, took these this morning about 7am. Sky was cloudy (well usually winter time it is) and it casted nice blue glow on things.

The first 12 Pirkkala Finland shots have a slightly ethereal quality - a bit like dancing in the snow to avoid being beamed up.

I drove through the white stuff yesterday in and out of it constantely with blaring sunshine

I went to take some pics of the new beast this afternoon and was so excited about getting back out in her I realised when I got to my destination that I had forgotten the camera
