Featured Replies

just got my eibach pro springs delivered looking over them has me concerned (although i've not seen any other in the flesh)

2 seem to have the printing nice and bright 2 not so much and has worn a little - also they all have a teardrop shape marked on them in the paint 2 at the top and the other two at the bottom .... here's some photos see what you think .

id suggest the best people to ask would be eibach them selves. Especially as there are identification numbers on the springs

5 springs? Now that's suspicious! :D

aye, ive sent them a message - the paint chips seems suspicious as they're all in the same place, and size almost like markers? for the way the springs go in

If there are chips may be someone tried to fit them and decided to return them?

?

So just got them delivered from whom?

ie bought from who, a private seller or a business?

yeah that's what i'm thinking but no other visible marks anywhere. seems too uniform possibly a mark of factory seconds??

Probably mark where they were supported when powder coated?

the chap has replied and said they're 100% new eibach dont do seconds, and he doest sell second hand parts he suggests marks from compression tests or powder coating ...offer a full refund if im not happy.
