Does anyone else seem to have problem with noise from door panals.

It is set of by sleightest of road bumps.

I wonder if is the door protectors or umbrellas.

It is a common issue on early cars unfortunately, the actual door panel moves when you pull the door closed by the interior handle.

 

Škoda will replace them but the replacements do not seem to be made any better, so will probably end up creaking again.

I have the same issue - seems to come from the trim panels on the doors. Dealer has tightened bolts etc two times, and didn't work. They're ordering a replacement door card.
