Caffyns Tunbridge Wells

Does any one know what’s happened at tunbridge well the place has gone down hill. 

Where is Darren Palmer (small service guy)? He made that place but no one their will tell me where he is and no one their wants to help or support you 

Service manager Paul Smith well as much use as a chocolate teapot I think that place has gone down since he joined. 

Please help me fine Darren as need his skills/ help and advise
